RiRi lovers in Israel did four hours of volunteer work to earn a ticket to the songbird’s recent concert In Tel Aviv.

“I went to Rihanna’s hotel at 7 in the morning. I was wating there with the photographers for more then 11 hours! At first we saw Melissa and Ashleigh shopping and 5 hours later rihanna came out! It was the best time of my life, I started to cry and she was out less then a minte… I souted to her ‘RIHANNA RIHANNA!!’ And I asked for a photo, but her bodygard didnt let me… and then pushed me away! Then I said to her that I’m her biggest fan in Israel and I was the manager of her Israeli site and that I’m a reader of RihannaDaily. Then she said ‘Ohhhhh, I’m so happy! I love RihannaDaily’. And she come and I took the photo! I’m so happyyyy.”

RiRi posed with a fan earlier today (May 28) in Jerusalem, Israel. She visited the holy sites. Since there were all those people around her, we will probably see more pictures later today. Rihanna is also said to attend a press conference tonight/tomorrow in Tel Aviv.

Rihanna and her tour crew landed in Tel Aviv, Israel this evening (May 27). According to EOnline.co.li, she went straight to her hotel and is going to Jerusalem on Friday or Saturday morning to visit the Dead Sea. According to the website, she will be back to Tel Aviv the same night for a press conference, then will perform on Sunday and leave the country on Monday.

“The concert in Israel will not be completely open to the public and is indeed sponsored by the Orange cellular company and another charity organization. The concert is intended to Orange customers aged 16-26 who will volunteer for 4 hours for the community in various projects such as beach cleaning, street cleaning, renovating houses of people in need and more. They will do so through registering at a website specially set up for that, and will get a ticket for the volunteering. Rihanna herself announced she will donate 4 hours of her time as well to volunteer and kudos for her as well.”

Following months of negotiations, it’s now official: Rihanna will arrive in Israel  for one concert, which will take place on May 30 at the Bloomfield Stadium in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

The details of the performance are expected to be revealed in a press conference next Wednesday, March 10, including the ticket prices and the singer’s itinerary in the Holy Land.

The concert will be sponsored by the Orange cellular company, which will provide its customers with tickets for a reduced price.

Rihanna will be joining many famous artists scheduled to visit Tel Aviv this summer, including Metallica, The Pixies, Elton John, Rod Stewart  and Elvis Costello.
