Rihanna was photographed leaving Mark Mahoney’s Shamrock Tattoo in Los Angeles last night (January 10). Rumour has it that she got a new tattoo on her back, let’s wait and see. Click here to watch a video.

Rihanna got her 18th tattoo last night (September 8) in London. When asked by a fan to tell something about it, she said:

“Rib cage! Got it for my guardian angel Dolly.” [her grandmother]

RiRi also took her cousin and her two best friends to get new tattoos. Melissa tweeted:

Rihanna met with Bang Bang, her favorite tattoo artist, last night (June 15) in New York City to get her 17th tattoo, choosing a stylish Egyptian falcon, shaped in a gun, just above her right foot:

Falcon: a light that shines in the darkness! Never close their eyes during sleep.

Rihanna was once again photographed on the beach in Hawaii this weekend and we can see a new tattoo! Wonder what it means…

Rihanna can’t stop, won’t stop when it comes to loading up on tattoos! For her latest ink, she went to her favorite NYC tattoo artist, Bang Bang, and his soon-to-be-opened tattoo parlor on the Lower East Side. While there on Thursday, the “We Found Love” singer opted for a tiny cross on the left side of her collarbone.

“We cut the color with water, so it’ll end up being light — like the “rebelle” tattoo on her neck,” Bang Bang, 26, describes to Us Weekly about the star’s new ink. He adds that she decided to place her tattoo on her collarbone because it’s easy for her to hide with a necklace but also can be in plain sight. “She loved it,” Bang Bang, who has done around 12 of her various tattoos including the “Shhh” one on her finger, tells Us. “She always flips out [when it's done] and jumps up and down like a 16-year-old girl getting her first car.”

Bang Bang, who is the man behind the ink on Katy Perry, Russell Brand, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale and other stars, has been tattooing since he was 19 years old and celebrates the opening of “the largest tattoo shop in NYC” this spring.

Actor Danny Trejo was in the LA tattoo parlor when Rihanna came in to get her “Thug Life” tattoo — and tells TMZ she “didn’t stop saying thug life the whole time she was getting it done.”

Danny says he has no problem with Rihanna’s Tupac tribute because she is “one of the downest female thugs in the world.” Danny says he just kept thinking, “If I was 40 years younger she would be in a lot of trouble.”

Looks like someone’s getting a new tattoo! Rihanna shared on her Twitter few pictures from her visit at a tattoo parlor. In one picture she’s showing 2Pac’s inspired “Thug Live” on her knuckles!
