According to heraldsun.com.au, Rihanna will wear designer’s Samantha Wills jewelry at this year’s Golden Globes (Jan. 17) and/or Grammys (Jan 31):

Fergie, Halle Berry, Sandra Bullock, Jessica Alba and Rihanna have snapped up the 27-year-old designer’s unique, oversized pieces for their runs down the Grammys and Golden Globes red carpets following a series of collection showings.

Hopefully it’s true! However, we don’t think she will attend the Golden Globes, since it’s this Sunday and she will be shooting the Rude Boy music video.

Except for this New Years Eve when the pop beauty could be performing in a sensible woollen sweater and a comfortable pair of jeans. The star has been swanning about in next to nothing in Barbados all Christmas and is due to perform in sweltering Abu Dhabi on New Years Eve.

But we can reveal she has been told to dress conservatively for her gig at the Emirates Palace. And, as she’s said to be making $500,000 for her performance, she’s likely to do exactly what shes told. Which means the white slashed latex body suit she wore at the American Music Awards not to mention her collection of  eye-popping bras will be mothballed. Her team are now said to be working frantically on new outfits which are respectful of local traditions. A source tells us:

Rihanna is tearing her hair out over what to do she wanted to put on her most eccentric and provocative show yet. She knows that shell have to compromise her style to fit in with local traditions but a huge part of her show is her sexy stage gear.

According to BFBS Television, Rihanna will perform on Friday Night With Jonathan Ross on December 18.

Cheryl Cole will soon come up with her own TV show. The ‘Girls Aloud’ member has been offered the deal by ITV.
“I couldn’t be happier ITV asked me to do my own show,” the Sun quoted her as saying.
The singer will perform alongside Rihanna and Alexandra Burke on Cheryl Cole’s Night In.
The show is scheduled to take place on Saturday December 19.

A RihannaForums.com member made a thread with a very interesting new info about this year’s AMAs:

On my TV Box, on the description to the AMAs tomorrow (Nov 22), it says Rihanna is HOSTING the show (and the descriptions have NEVER been off from the 6 years ive had rogers as my provider. According to the Berliner Morgenpost website, yes, Rihanna shot a music video in Berlin today! And that’s not all. The pictures that we posted this morning were actually taken today, not yesterday (which means today was the second or third day that Rihanna is shooting her album photoshoot). After the pictures were taken, she went to the video shoot and behind closed doors, the video was produced. On Thursday, Rihanna was spotted shopping at the Galeries Lafayette.

There’s also a rumour that Rihanna’s next single from her upcoming album will be hitting the radio airwaves on Tuesday, October 13th!

Yes, Rihanna fans! The new era is coming. RD is more than ready, what about you?!

UPDATE: We don’t know if it’s a music video or another kind of video. And another rumour came up: a reliable source said Rihanna is in Berlin to film something for the MTV Europe Music Awards 2009. What Rihanna filmed today can be a promo video or something related to it.

Yesterday at Gareth Pugh’s fashion event, Rihanna was seen sitting next to famous photographer Ellen von Unwerth. Ellen is rumoured to shoot the album cover for Rihanna’s upcoming album! Rihanna has also told there’s a reason why she’s decided to attent Paris Fashion Week

I’m shopping for what I’m goin g to wear on the cover,’ she said.

DailyMail reports that the star is also bringing out her own clothing line and has vowed it will be ‘fun and edgy and badass’.

“Run This Town”, by Jay-Z feat. Rihanna and Kanye West, has climbed from #4 to #2 on Billboard Hot 100! The track will probably be #1 next week, knocking “I Gotta Feeling” (Black Eyed Peas) off the top.
