In the spirit of our little unofficial Rihanna birthday party we’ve decided to give you a little surprise from us! A brand new Rihanna Daily layout! And that’s not all…

We can now officially announce that our website became the OFFICIAL Rihanna fansite!

It’s approved by her label and Rihanna herself! In case you didn’t know… she does visit it often! She reads your comments and she’s very grateful for all your support!
RD has teamed up with RihannaNow.com (the official site) to make sure you will get all the latest Rihanna news! This was we can fast answer all your questions about Rihanna’s upcoming projects, clear false rumours and confirm facts. So in case you thought Rihanna doesn’t know about RD, you’re totally wrong! She knows it and she cares about it! Which makes us love her even more!

Congratz! You can see our new server already! Let us know how it works for you! This post will be deleted soon.

I just wanted to let you know that for the next couple of hours RihannaDaily.com might be off. Do not panic then! It’s a scheduled maintenance as we are moving to a brand new server. It’s so much better than the one we got now so hopefully this will mean access for everyone at anytime (though I guess we didn’t have issues with downtimes for a couple of weeks now). We try hard (so hard) to make the site better all the time and we hope you will appreciate this. We’re planning few surprises so don’t forget to keep on visiting us!

After posting 1,522 news with 57,720 comments we’ve decided to create another Archives Database. You will find there all news from March 2008 until August 2009. The reason why we had to do that is obviously overloaded website.  Hopefully now it will work a little faster. Comments have been moved as well and now every first new comment will require a moderation. When it comes to news from 2008-2005 our previous news script will be uploaded after we will manage to put the whole site back after our recent lost of all files.

The site still might cause troubles  for a while since I guess a lot of you will visit Archives anyway. However if you will stick to the main site and visit the old databases not as regular then the site will be working without any problems. With over 10,000 visitors a day and not that high pocket money we hardly can afford for more expensive (better) dedicated server.
