As you may already have heard, Rihanna has worked with River Island for their new collection “Rihanna for River Island”, which will appear in stores in Spring 2013. Rihanna has teased us with a sneak peek last night when she wore a jump suit.

For the past few days she has been shooting a commercial for the line and today she posted some behind the scenes pictures of singers “off duty”. Which means we need to wait a little longer for actual clothes images. We can’t wait!

Posting a picture of herself and models on Instagram and Twitter, Rihanna said that she had teamed up with Mario Sorrenti on a two-day shoot. She revealed:

“My bitches so Bvalgari… Just directed my first ad campaign for my new collection with River Island, Spring/Summer 2013!! And that’s a wrap at the end of a 2 day shoot w/ MARIO SORRENTI.”

Right now you can purchase at River Island a special Rihanna collection featuring images from her brand new album, “Unapologetic”.

Rihanna was seen shooting the final scenes for her “Diamonds” music video last night (October 23) in a desert in California. She also shared two behind the scenes pictures on her own. Check here one more image posted on Instagram. We really can’t wait to see the video! Hopefully it won’t take so long until it gets released.

The video is being directed by Anthony Mandler, who has directed over 15 Rihanna music videos, including “Man Down”, “Only Girl”, “Russian Roulette”, “Disturbia” and “Unfaithful”.

“Diamonds” is the fastest rising single of Rihanna’s career to this date – the song has already reached #1 on iTunes in over 25 countries, and Top 5 in another 55 countries!

Yesterday Rihanna was seen doing a photo shoot in Barbados….riding a horse! The singer is expected to feature in a significant advertising campaign to market this island, expected to be launched next month.

“She has readily agreed to support her country. I believe there is a full crew here for the advertising campaign which Rihanna will be doing for her country that will be spread across social media and new media. That campaign is expected to be launched in September this year in time for the winter season. For the first time we will be able to launch a fully integrated ad campaign and we are very excited about that,” said Adrian Elcock, Chairman of the Barbados Tourism Authority .
