Via NeonLimeLight.com: Rihanna will launch her LOUD tour in just one week and a day (June 4) in Baltimore, Maryland. To preview the outing, Rihanna hit the Rockefeller Plaza in New York City to kick off the Today Show Summer Concert Series with a high-energy mini-concert that included four hits from her current album.

The Grammy-winning pop darling started her performance with her latest No. 1 hit, the sexy “S&M,” then ran through “Only Girl (In The World),” “What’s My Name,” and wrapped with her big ballad “California King Bed,”

The verdict on Rihanna’s Loud tour based on the today show? It’s going to kick ass.

Rihanna’s performance was delayed almost 2 hours because of a false bomb threat at hotel. Luckily she has a good security around her. She tweeted earlier today – “We in Ukraine baby! Got 100 Men In Black walkin around me…feel like the president!!! (Its pretty annoying actually) but Ukraine ROCKS“.

Rihanna performed in front of over 50,000 people on the stadium in Donetsk.

“Good Morning America” announced its sizzling 2011 Summer Concert Series lineup with the hottest chart-topping acts in the country and the biggest names in music. Rihanna is set to appear during the 2011 GMA Summer Concert Series among Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj, Beyonce & more. “GMA’s Summer Concert Series” kicks off on May 27.  Viewers interested in joining “GMA” in Central Park are encouraged to arrive at Summerstage Rumsey Playfield via the 69th Street entrance on Fifth Avenue at 6 a.m., when the park opens to the public.  With the exception of Lady Gaga being a free, ticketed event, all concerts are free and open to the public and will take place live during “Good Morning America,” Fridays from 7 to 9 a.m. ET. Dates and additional acts will be announced throughout the summer.

At 11.15pm Rihanna hit the stage to perform for 30 minutes as a surprise to the engaged couple. Rihanna was taken into a rear entrance and straight to the stage to perform, she then left at the end of the night by the same exit and flew back to Paris.

As the country music industry ramps up for the Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday, April 3rd, RyanSeacrest.com can exclusively reveal that Rihanna will perform a new song on the show with Sugarland frontwoman Jennifer Nettles.

The song, “California King Bed ,” is from Rihanna’s fifth studio album Loud which has gone platinum in the U.S. and climbed to the top of the charts in countries around the world.

The CMAs will be broadcast live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, on Sunday, April 3 at 8/7c on CBS.
