Kanye West enlisted the help of a very popular fan for his set at FYF in Los Angeles Saturday night — Rihanna.
Performing Rihanna’s hit “FourFiveSeconds,” which he co-wrote and co-produced with Paul McCartney, West seemed to find Rihanna in the audience during his set and crew passed her a mic to accompany on the song’s chorus. While he led the packed crowd in a pop song sing along crouched from the side stage, with a smile on his face, Rihanna excitedly sang the hook below from the pit.
Later, as West wrapped his show attempting to play one-hit-per-minute for the last 10 minutes of his set, Rihanna joined him again. This marked probably the biggest crowd reaction of the night, as she actually joined him onstage this time for the My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy single “All of the Lights.”

The crowd at DirecTV’s Super Saturday Night party came for Rihanna, and got a healthy dose of Kanye West as a bonus. West trotted on stage as Rihanna sang the opening lines of their hit “All of the Lights,” a surprise guest at an event that’s become known for delivering shows from music’s superstars on the eve of the Super Bowl.
Rihanna opened the performance with “Rockstar 101″ and moved through several her hits, including “Umbrella,” ”Rude Boy” and “We Found Love.” Unfortunately she did not perform her new song “FourFiveSeconds”.
She reached out and touched fans and moved effortlessly around a semicircle stage that allowed her to reach fans throughout the venue. After a few duets, Rihanna left the stage as West performed “Jesus Walks,” ”Black Skinhead” ”Flashing Lights” and other hits.
Both performers opted to slow down the tempo at times, with Rihanna performing “Stay” and West singing a new song, “Only One.”
Check out more videos after the cut. Including a “We Found Love” rock version!
