Rihanna’s “Birthday Cake” feat. Chris Brown debuts at No. 63 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. It debuts at No. 73 on Hot 100 Airplay with 16 million audience impressions and a 372% increase in spins, according to Nielsen BDS. The track also debuts on Hot Digital Songs at No. 62 with 36,000 downloads sold.  It also shoots up 51 slots (71-20) with a Greatest Gainer/Airplay credit on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. The track hasn’t been added to iTunes and is gaining great radio updates daily.

“We Found Love” remains in the Top 10 at No. 6. The track is Rihanna’s biggest Billboard hit, click here to check them all.

Rihanna and Chris Brown have collaborated on remixes of each other’s tracks. The singing duo posted the new tracks on file sharing sites, also talking about them on their Twitter pages.

It was rumoured last week that they had been working together on Rihanna’s track ‘Birthday Cake’, which originally appeared on her latest album ‘Talk That Talk’. Listen to Rihanna and Chris Brown’s remix of ‘Birthday Cake’ below:

Earlier today, the Grammy winner posted a message to Rihanna wishing her a happy birthday. When she asked who wanted some “cake”, Brown responded: “Cake, cake cake!” and posted a link to a remix of ‘Birthday Cake’ on ZShare.

Rihanna wrote to Brown on Twitter: “‘Turn up the music’ remix,” then added: “It’s a download OVERLOAD!!! Working on more links for u guys, so err body could have some #CAKE.”

Chris Brown sat down with Larry King tonight in his first interview since his February 8 arrest for assaulting Rihanna.

Click here to watch the full interview – it’s a boring 1 hour interview with not only him, but his mother and lawyer too. When asked about things we don’t know, he did not answer.

• After Chris Brown’s sentencing last week, he spoke to star interviewer Larry King and to People magazine, and both released excerpts today. He said he cannot remember Rihanna assault and he still loves her. The interviews will air on Wednesday night and the People issue will be on newsstands this Friday. Click here to read more.

TMZ.com: Chris Brown was just sentenced to 5 years probation and 6 months hard labor, and the judge threatened Brown by talking about the “chatter” she hears.

Judge Patricia Schnegg said during the sentencing, “I am not immune to the chatter on the airwaves.” It’s unclear if she was saying that she’s heard reports that Brown and Rihanna are still talking … or if she was just saying he needs to be careful because she watches TV and reads TMZ.

Down to business, the judge sentenced Brown to perform hard labor at the Commonwealth Catholic Charities in Richmond, VA, where he must also take a 52-week domestic violence course.

The judge ruled Brown — who pleaded guilty to felony assault — must stay 100 yards away from Rihanna, unless they are both at an entertainment-related event, in which case he must stay 10 yards away. The protective order lasts 5 years.
