Rihanna was one of the biggest winners of the night before the ceremony even started!

Rihanna sweeps the R&B categories at the Billboard Music Awards taking place in Las Vegas today (March 19). The singer won an award in all three R&B categories — Top R&B Artist, Top R&B Album (“Unapologetic”), Top R&B Song (“Diamonds”) — and separate to R&B, Top Radio Songs Artist.

The singer is tied for second most awards of the night with Gotye. She was nominated for 10 awards in total. She did not appear at the ceremony.

Rihanna won the Crossover Artist of the Year award at the 2013 Billboard Latin Music Awards.

This year’s NRJ Music Awards is airing right now in France and RiRi just won an award! For the third time, she won International Female Artist Of The Year.

Rihanna won Favorite R&B Artist at People’s Choice Awards (also nominated were Alicia Keys, Beyoncé, Bruno Mars and Usher). The ceremony took place last night in Los Angeles, Rihanna wasn’t present.

Rihanna won the “Choice Movie Breakout” award at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards this Sunday (July 22).

Congratulations, RiRi! And great job voting, Rihanna Navy!

Although RiRi couldn’t attend the 2012 Billboard Music Awards last night (May 20), she did end up winning Top Streaming Artist.

French Navy, thanks to your votes, Rihanna collected the International Female Artist Of The Year award at the 2012 NRJ Music Awards.

Unfortunately, RiRi was unable to be there but thanked her fans on Twitter:

Rihanna was named Favourite R&B Artist last night at 2012 People’s Choice Awards. The live telecast (which aired on CBS) took place from the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles and featured appearances by some of Tinseltown’s biggest celebs. Hosted by The Big Bang Theory(TV)s Kaley Cuoco, the two hour shindig boasted a record-breaking 230+ million votes and recognized fan favorites in 43 categories from film, television and music. Rihanna didn’t appear at the ceremony.
