At the age of 24, Rihanna has taken the pop music world by storm and is now expanding her career into acting with her first film Batttleship. While Rihanna has natural singing ability, does she have it in her to be a great actor as well? Veteran actor Liam Neeson shared his opinion on the matter with ET at the film’s Los Angeles premiere.
Rihanna’s first capsule collection for Armani Jeans and Emporio Armani underwear was such a success she’s doing it again. Armani has just announced the pop star’s second capsule collection for the brand, set to hit stores worldwide in mid-April.
The denim range will include a pair of jean shorts lined with a tartan print (to show off when you roll them up super short), a romper in distressed denim that looks pretty cute judging by the sketch alone, and some easy tanks and tees.
Did you purchase anything from Rihanna’s collection for Armani? Send us pictures!

By now, you’ve probably seen the video for Coldplay’s “Princess of China.” It stars Rihanna as a Shiva-esque deity who waves her (many) arms back and forth in time with the tune but strangely does not actually feature Coldplay themselves. The clip began making the rounds earlier this week and was not only touted as the “official video” but earned raves from fans of both acts. There’s only one problem: It is most definitely not the actual “Princess of China” vid.
In fact, it’s part of Coldplay’s live show, a video they play during their performance of the song (as several Coldplay aficionados have been pointing out on YouTube). Just to clear up any confusion, we reached out to a spokesperson for the band, who told us in no uncertain terms: “It isn’t the official video. … It is, in fact, a clip that the band are using during their performance of the song on tour.”
