Naomi Campbell Praises Fenty Beauty, Says ‘It’s About Time’

Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty collection continues to make much-needed waves in the beauty industry. With an astounding 40 shades of foundation, the at-times forgotten darker complexioned women finally have something that was made with them in mind.

Supermodel Naomi Campbell supports the innovative and inclusive new line, saying that “it’s about time” a makeup line was created for every woman who wants to feel beautiful.

“It’s 2017, so for all those who are doing it, congratulations,” said Campbell in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar UK. “The world is moving so quickly, and you’ve got to move with it.”

During the official launch of her line, Rihanna said “In every product, I was like: ‘There needs to be something for a dark-skinned girl, there needs to be something for a really pale girl, there needs to be something in-between.’”

Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty To Launch In Saudi Arabia

Rihanna’s make-up brand, Fenty Beauty, will soon be sold in Saudi Arabia. According to RiRi’s official Twitter account, the brand will launch in Saudi on 19 April in Sephora stores.

Rihanna shared on her Instagram account: “I’m so happy to announce that @FentyBeauty is coming to Saudi Arabia on April 19th!! #SephoraMiddleEast.”

This follows successful launches across other Middle Eastern countries, including the UAE, Bahrain, and Kuwait.

It seems that people in Saudi Arabia are excited for the launch, with users tweeting back to say, “Waiting for you bae,” “Welcome!” and “You are seriously the best Rihanna Saudi Arabia will be very thankful.”

It’s no wonder that Fenty is proving popular with women all over the world, having launched with a huge range of shades to try and match to most skin tones. Last year Rihanna told Time that it was important “that every woman felt included in this brand. We are all so different, with our own unique skin tones, so we started with the 40 foundation shades out the gate.”

This news coincides with the hype surrounding Body Lava, which was named as one of Time’s best inventions of 2017. The product sold out straight after launch, and is already on its way to cult beauty product status.

It’s almost summertime and Rihanna is already getting us ready for the beach! #BEACHPLEASE!

Rihanna took her Instagram account to announce her brand new Fenty Beauty products!

Get ready for BODY LAVA and FAIRY BOMB!

The range is all about getting you shine (bright like a diamond)! It includes Body Lava — a glimmery liquid body luminazer, which will come in at least two shades (BrownSugar and WhoNeedsClothes). On videos shared on Instagram Stories Rihanna applied the luminazer with „Kabuki Blush” and a blending brush called”Fairy Bomb,” which is a fuzzy, spherical makeup pouf stuffed with highlighter pigments that can be dusted just about anywhere. We’re loving it!
