Rihanna Roars to New Hot 100 High After “BBHMM” Video Release
After first climbing as high as No. 17 on the Hot 100 in early May, “Bitch Better Have My Money” rockets to a new peak (28-15) in its 15th week on the chart following the July 1 release of its official video. (Not that the song had ever plummeted too far: it had ranked between Nos. 17 and 28 over its first 14 chart weeks.) The track reaches the Streaming Songs chart’s top 10 (22-7) with an 84 percent surge to 10 million U.S. streams in the tracking week, with 43 percent of its sum from Vevo on YouTube clicks for the new video. The clip’s arrival also helps spur the song’s No. 31 re-entry on Digital Songs (43,000 sold, up 65 percent).
