Rihanna enters the 2014 Guinness Book Of World Records

RiRi will be featured in the 2014 edition of the Guinness World Book of Records:

R ‘n’ B sensation Rihanna took fans on a ‘detour’ from 8 Mile Road, dethroning the previous social media king, Detroit rapper Eminem, and taking the title of “Most “Liked” Person on Facebook” with 70,738,549 “Likes” on May 16, 2013 (her current count stands at 74,769,237).

Rihanna was previously featured in the book in 2013, when she became the best-selling digital artist (US), selling an incredible 47.57 million digital tracks in the United States during her career; in 2012, being first woman to have had number one singles in the United Kingdom for five consecutive years from 2007-2011; and in 2010, when she was named the best selling download female artist in the UK.

We are just two months away from this year’s Diamond Ball on September 13! Here‘s a look back at last year to start off our countdown:

The third Diamond Ball raised over $5 million to support CLF’s global education, health and emergency response programs around the world. The evening featured high-energy performances by Grammy Award-winning recording artists Kendrick Lamar and Calvin Harris.
