Rihanna’s “Talk That Talk” back to No. 1 in the UK; 3 million copies sold worldwide

Rihanna has returned to Number 1 on the Official UK Albums Chart with “Talk That Talk”. The Bajan singer, who was at Number 4 in Wednesday’s Official Albums Chart Update, has leapfrogged mid-week leader Plan B to retake the top spot with her sixth studio album. Since its release last November, “Talk That Talk” has spent an impressive 38 weeks in the Official Albums Chart Top 40 and is on course to break the million sales barrier over the coming weeks. The album, which debuted in the Top 10 in over 15 countries, has already sold over 3 million copies worldwide.

And this is why i wanted Rihanna to be a guest host on a TV show. A place where she would be visable week after week. JLO did it, Tyler did it, Christina, Adam Levine, Ceelo, etc.,etc. Now Mariah. Doesn't matter if you were, are, or going to be a star……….it would have put Rihanna in an American spotlight. Rihanna has and always been widely popular in the U.S. But look at England…….she's back to # 1 (Condrats RiRi). The Kardashians, the Wives, any of them, have hugely popular shows.
