Chase & Status have revealed that they could feature on Rihanna’s next album. The duo said that they recently met up with her to discuss producing songs for her next studio LP.
Will Kennard said: “We hope so. We saw her recently and caught up with her at the O2 a few months ago and we talked about it then. She’s always looking to write on interesting sides of music. It’s just finding the time really, we’re still artists as well as producers.”
Chase & Status previously collaborated with Rihanna on 2009′s “Rated R” and her latest record “Talk That Talk”.

I love rihanna and I love her music but a new album this year is not a good idea! She just came out with TTT and it's such a great album so she doesn't need to rush to make another one. I REALLY want her to perform You da one sooo badly! If she's not gonna promote any more of her songs on TTT I really think she needs to take a break. She has been touring, making albums, etc. for too long ago and it is probably so hard on her and stressful. I know she has been winding down but a good 3 month break or even longer will be good with her. If you wanna come out with another album do it next year. Spring/Summer album would be a great idea!

Billboard just released a statement about her hookup and about having to be a public positive persona and the image one projects. Dont look like Rihanna is in Billboard's good graces right now. I Really doubt that .
But there is a 50-50% of releasing it , first reason she just moved to Roc Nation as a recording artist , so it may take a while for paper work and stuff to transfer , because she can't no longer use Def Jam producers and writers like Ne Yo & The Dream , because they belong to Def Jam .
The second reason is , She might be re-releasing TTT .
For me i want her to release it next year , maybe in May 2013 .

Hey guys ! Some of you seems to forget that TTT is already 4 months old and that discussing with producers and writers about a new album ISN'T a crime or doing something in the rush ! Sometimes you need to discuss more than a YEAR to make an album be how you want it to be and I think that's what's she starting to do.
She just finished the Loud Tour which was a HUGE success. She released TTT, made two new videos (WFL & YDO) + Released two remixes and performed during the Brit's and the Grammy's + She got multiple awards. In four months this is great. What do you all expect from her ? This is already so much ! And maybe she's working on the TTT's video right now and that it just take more time because Jay-Z maybe needs to be in the video too…
Concerning CB, there's a difference between forgiving and wanting to make good music with, hard to admit it for me because of what he did but, really good artist in his musical genre ! She's just offering so many things to us and you just see the negative part of it… That's SAD ! Where is the strong NAVY ??

I Am hoping for a spring/summer release 2013…and that she only release maybe Where Have You Been Late Spring Then Maybe Roc Me Out at the end of the summer (only if she willing to promote them well) and then work hard on her nxt album and not "rush" it.I Think the reason why TTT video taking time to release is cause Rihanna has like 5 song on the radio right now (WFL,YDO,TC,TTT,POC). I agree with Mike up to the singles. I think she is not because her target age, maybe she should take a different approach. Release Roc Me out next and then release Where have you been followed by farewell. Then OVERPREMOTE them over the summer, then release fool in love with a extra verse at the end. Then she will get the "Ballad singer hype that just doesen't make catchy tracks. Also she needs to leave people time to want her album. She should release her concert DVD in the fall to get us hyped and her first 7th album single on her birthday (2013) then release the album in like April. Just saying.

I think this incident will be the fuel that RocNation needs to convince RIHANNA that she made a really bad decision by letting Chris back into her PROFESSIONAL life.
I guantee you, Jay Z / (RocNation) is not going to let RIHANNA have any additional contact with CB. RocNation is in the process of doing 'damage control' and trying to figure out how to clean up RIHANNA's mess.
Looks like the "BIRTHDAY CAKE " is going to have to be put back into the oven, or thrown out !!!!!

her next OFFICIAL Single should be Where Have You Been (March) then after that Roc Me Out (June) , then Farewell (September) as the last single before the new album in spring/summer of 2013 maybe a March or April release.

I would be 'shocked' if RocNation released "BIRTHDAY CAKE" now, especially due to these new criminal allegations involving Chris Brown. (Jay Z did not get this far in this industry by being stupid).
If I were working with Jay Z, I would suggest they re-mix the song, REMOVE Chris Browns vocals and either re-release "BIRTHDAY CAKE" with RIHANNA's vocals ONLY, or put some other HOT rapper/singer on the track.
I would remove every song and video that RIHANNA has done with Chris Brown, and start working on rebuilding RIHANNA's image.

No, it's not a rumor. It happened this weekend in Miami, and the case is currently being invested by Miami police Department. (check out TMZ.com, they're all on top of the story and they're posting regular updates.)
'If' charges are filed, Chris is looking at two very serious felony charges. Robbery and Grand Theft.
I also read on another site, that the case has already been presented to Miami's District Attorney's office, and they are in the process of preparing a warrant for Chris Brown's arrest. But we'll have to see what happens in the next 48 hours.

To be honest there is nothing wrong with working on an album… But Please take a year or more to work on it. This way we can have amazing songs (not saying her others weren't) But Idk.. She's not an Apple Product, she doesn't need a new album every year.
But also she could have had a number 1 with You Da One but she ruined that by a lack of promoting it. And she's kinda ruining it for Talk that Talk (the song) and i really hope she doesn't ruin it for any other songs on this great album. Sorry if i sound like a downer. Just want Rih Rih to have a successful album and she seems to be getting distracted and not doing a great job promoting..
AND A SONG WITH KATY PERRY WOULD BE REALLLLLLLY NICE :D

You have a very interesting point. Although, I don't think Jay Z wants to get rid of RIHANNA, I do believe that he wants to get her back on the right track. Actually, they can't part ways now anyway, because they're both under contract. A new contract at that.
I read that Jay Z was terribly disappointed in RIHANNA for her decision to work with Chris Brown. I think what he'll do now is keep a closer eye on RIHANNA's music projects etc., to make sure that this never happens again. And I don't blame him.

I hear you TOTALLY. But you know what RIHANNA is??? She's a TYPICAL DOMESTIC VIOLENCE VICTIM. And please don't think I'm justifying her poor choices. I'm not!! I'm just trying to shed light on her irrational decisions and behavior.
If you ever get a chance, research the cycle of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. And you'll see that what RIHANNA is doing is very typical of people who have been abused by their mates. The problem is, trying to get the victims to realize that the abuse will not stop and that they're putting themselves in a dangerous situation when they return to the abuser. (It's extremely difficult for D.V. victims to break the cycle.)
The judge in Los Angeles should have 'ordered' RIHANNA to attend 2-3 years of domestic violence counseling, and or therapy. Because she's not healed either.

That tweet was a little concerning to me too. It sounds like she's being a little defiant and doesn't want to admit that what she did was wrong. (You know RIHANNA can hard headed when she wants to be).
I think this is a battle she's going lose. She just needs to take her punches like an adult, and do whatever is necessary to get Jay Z back in her corner.
