  Well it's because we already had problems with kids underage who wanted to take part in our contest so Rihanna could see it but when they didnt win anything started to threat us with police if we will not remove video from our website (and it is always in our rules that you need to have appropriate age or parents approval) and even spammed our mailbox saying our website will be taken down. THAT was unfair. I dont want any problems like that anymore. Everyone need to be aware the video will be posted here. And fans all around the world will be able to see it. They will comment. This is Internet. If you want to send your video you need to make sure you are aware what you are doing. This rule is for kids who might not overthink it. And we will post every video.

I don't really like this idea…
The idea from last year was way better,because I could do something for Rihanna without showing myself ( for example drawing a picture or writing a letter)
Now we are only able to make a video and I wouldn't upload a video of myself which can be seen by the whole navy. I know it's unfair that fans under 15 aren't allowed to create a video,but I think there are a alot of other fans (+15) who also aren't allowed to upload a video because of their parents or whatever…so this is unfair too…
The idea of last year was better because a lot of navys had the chance to be a part of the project…there was a website created for rihanna which contained drawings,videos,letters from many fans…a better idea for my opinion..this new idea isn't the best way to show rihanna our love
