Rihanna to Release New Album This Fall

There have been whispers that Rihanna is already working on her next album. Now Ryan Seacrest confirms reports that the red-haired diva is back in the lab with a new project due later this year.

RiRi, who is currently making her way around the country on her “LOUD” tour, has plans to release her sixth album this fall. It would come as no surprise as she has put out five albums in the past five years, with her most recent project LOUD still spawning hit singles.

Seacrest spoke with the singer’s camp and made the announcement on his KIIS FM radio show. “We can confirm that Rihanna is currently working on material and will release a brand new album this fall,” he said.

Singer-songwriter Kevin Rudolf previously told Rap-Up.com that he has been submitting material for the as-yet-untitled project. “[I'm] writing some stuff for Rihanna right now,” he said. “I hear she’s back at it.”

*-I'd prefer a rerelease after Cheers and fading have been singles. Wait for a new full album. I love new Riri music but this is too soon! There are still more singles and this album will sell more after that! Don't give up RiRI we haven't! Summer 2012 would be a good spot for new music!

I hope its a re-release of LOUD. I can see that her record label is trying to make a lot of revenue out of her, all these producers and song writers are submitting stuff to her and they want to capitalise on that as soon as possible. I hope Rihanna is not a label puppet, but I will support this move because I love her music. I need more details though… Somebody tweet Rihanna!

MY heart almost gave out when i read the title…but Ryan should have gotten his facts right…she is re-releasing LOUD with new songs like she did with GGGB Reloaded. I wouldn't make sense for her to release a NEW album this fall when she will be touring the UK. Katy perry is believed to be doing the same thing.

  That is very odd. In UK they are playing it on the pop stations and Man down on urban as far as I know. CKB is such a radio friendly song. I really didn't think there would be problem with it being a top 5 hit for her. Her promotions team need to fix up.

first a re-release for loud call it loud reloaded or just 'louder' in with 4 extra song so it's going to be 15 songs

2nd finish the tour to the end of this year and then add other dates like Australia i'm not from their but it's not fare to leave them and finish the tour in jun 2012

3rd i want to go work on her vocals and dance moves because i know she amazing and she can do it

4th work with the biggest names like : Redone, Max martin, Dr luck etc so you can make a huge come back in February 2013 .

Rumor has it she was recently talking to Cheryl Cole about the fact that she was going back into the studio. She asked Cheryl to feature on one of her new songs to help launch her in the USA. She's also rumored to have a Katy Perry collab coming up soon. I think there will be 5 new tracks on this re-released and its supposed to be called LoudR not Louder.

SO…she could easily be making a part 2 FULL ALBUM TO PAIR UP WITH LOUD.
