For the first time in Billboard Music Awards history, they are giving fans the opportunity to vote for their favorite artist to win the new Billboard.com Fan Favorite Award. Billboard is not using chart statistics, airplay data or ticket sales for this award, so only your votes can determine the winner! Voting starts today and will continue through Friday, May 20th!

But, on a serious note, I find it SOO ironic how we’re JUST now hearing about beyonce getting an particular award when it was just announced Rihanna is being nominated for 18 categories on that SAME night, Trust me this is NOT A Coincidence. Sure, she’s not going to win all 18 awards. But, the fact that Rihanna is nominated for that many is Outstanding for someone who’s only been in the business for 6 years.

Beyonce is not trying to let Rihanna upstage her. I believe that’s what this so called award is about because, up until now, I have NEVER heard of a Billboard Millenium Award. I looked up Michael and Mariah’s accolades and don’t see it listed at all. And, even “if” it does exist, why couldn’t she have been presented with it a year or two ago? Why now, all of a sudden? When her dad used to manage her, he was on the Grammy Committee-FACT. So, trust me when I say, he definitely had a hand in helping her pay for some of those awards. The timing is suspicious to me. Beyonce is such a money hungry jealous attention Spotlight who-wore looking for praise tryin to outshine other people
