Finally: “Rockstar 101″ music video sneak peek

PEOPLE.com: “Take a lesson from Rihanna: Being a rock star means being able to strut your stuff while wearing a sexy, slick bodysuit, fierce stilettos, and a fiery red wig.

At least that’s the lesson coming out of her new video for “Rockstar 101,” her fourth single off of her album Rated R. PEOPLE has a sneak peek of the new video.

The singer, 22, does already knows a thing or two about rocking out: Travis Barker taught her how to play the drums, and Slash plays guitar on the new song.

In July, Rihanna kicks off her “Last Girl On Earth” North American tour, where she’ll be joined by Ke$ha.”

We love the red hair! Can’t wait!

UPDATE: The video is probably going to premiere on VEVO. A Universal Music source just told Rihanna Daily that the video might premiere on MTV on May 28, 2010.

Ok first Rihanna will not win best female b/c all the favorites are nominated. BET is very bias. Videophone nominated that should tell you some thing about their awards. As long as Beyonce name is attach to it they will nominate her. I doubt Rih will win any awrd maybe for Run this town and that’s a big maybe. I think Rih should stay away but she will probably be there. BET awards is not the place for RS101.

RS101 video looks ok. Just hope she playing the guitar in the video and it has more color.
No offense but Gaga, Rih and XTina all doing the same thing. I thought Rihanna was original. Every one is doing the black theme now with the leather. Its looking old people are going to compare her to the other two. The red hair is different but the black and white and leather is similar to other artist.
Say what you want about Beyonce but her video are so differnt. Hope Te Amo video is nothing like we have seen before.

Yeah I’m kind of mad at FOX having GLEE do a tribute to Lady GaGa. When they first did the Madonna show I thought they were doing it for legends that been in the game for years. But now I see they have a one for GaGa who only stepped in the game for a hot minute.

Lady GaGa is okay to me but honestly the media gives this woman to much praise, her fans think she invented EVERYTHING when in actuality everything she’s doing someone else has already done before. I think people are going to get tired of her acts and props soon and she won’t be AS HOT as she is today.

Rockstar 101 was only sent to Rhythmic radios, not urban or pop yet. So we can only request on rhythmic stations. I say we just wait until its sent to all formats, that way its much easier. it’ll get an official adds date sooner or later.

Guys, i know a lot of talk is about why CaCa and Beyawnce get more love than Rihanna…well, there are a few reasons i won’t get into, but i hope and wish some of her people are not dropping the ball. I was watching Rihanna’s AOL session interview, and she repeated her desire to get into movies, preferrably comedy or maybe a comic book character. I beg anyone of Rihanna’s people who may be reading this to express interest to the studio about her being the new “Wonderwoman”. Beyonce wants to play the lead role….yikes. I know i sound like a broken record, but Rihanna will kick ass on screen and shut the haters up once and for all. Wonderwoman didn’t have a fat ass like Beyonce, she’s tall, perfectly proportioned with a long neck, and piercing eyes….that’s Rihanna.
There are other people showing interest as well….where are Rihanna’s people? At least let them know Rihanna would be interested.

I was just reading a post about rihanna’s new promo for the rockstar video from another blog(Thatgrapejuice). And someone who I (hope) wasn’t u and was just using the name of your blog was making really disgusting racist comments.
