Every number one song drops on the charts eventually. Rude Boy is a good solid international hit. It’s well composed, with a compelling melody, hot lyrics and imagery. It’ll probably have another surge during her tour in the USA.

I’m amazed that any song can garner that much attention in the modern media which is fragmented compared to how it used to be. Rihanna is kind of a big deal.

Rihanna is more than likely attending the BET awards. BET awards cater to R&B artists, and Rihanna does pop music. Unless she releases “Stupid in love” (an R&B hit), or “G4L” I don’t expect her to win much. But “Hard” and “Wait Your Turn” are definitely gonna be nominated for awards.

jus sayn…..Rihanna experienced real love for the first time with CB..me n her had our relationship for the same lenght of time n ended the same way also!..i understand how she felt n feels n y she went back wid him wen she did..but she grew out of it..not only cuz of her but because she felt she was endangering her fans!..she obviously cared for her fans more than herself n thru this she move on from him lil by lil..it wasnt hard at all! Hi u all, again have to say something when i c that it’s 2 much for me. On the topic of Rih crying which i don’t c any prove that she did. I must say that i compliment Rihanna a lot on her success, her maturity, strength, sacrifices,smartness, humility, n kindness i deliberately left out beauty cos to me true beauty is what we have inside , but thank God Rih got it all. PPle go through Domestic violence everyday n are ashame to share it even with their closest friends. For Rihanna to go through something like that with the whole world knowing esp w the humiliating TMZ photo and came out this strong is definitely worth praising. Yes , we weren’t there on the night of the incident but two things stand out, he abused her physically n mentally in other words receiving a text sms from another woman n beating the person u say u love? Rihanna really has a heart of Gold,in spite of all her wealth and her undoubted beauty which can give her any man ,she still went back to CB it means her love for him was so genuine which will not fade so easily. What pple fail to see is that Rihanna did nothing to him, he did that to himself the moment he decided to honor anger and beat up a lady like she was some punching bag or someth. He should be man enough to bear the consequences of his actions n stop blaming others in my opinion he should have cool off from the public eye e.g Kanye west after t.swift incident so u give pple time to forget ur action. not visiting the same hotels, radio, tv n releasing albums close to the same time. I mean Ri was the victim n him coming out to prove the reverse made him more of a jerk. Personally i admire Ri’s present choice of a boyfriend . I hope and pray each day that it last. I have three young daughters n a son don’t know what will happen when they start dating but I pray no man treats them like Cb did to Ri. It must have been painful for a mom see her only daughter go through such pain n humiliation in the public. I wish him the best in life but he should concentrate on himself more.
