Rihanna Talks About Jasmina

As we already reported, Jasmina Amena, the 7-year-old fan who Rihanna had been helping to find a bone marrow transplant, died from leukemia last night. Rihanna has spent a lot of time with Jasmina over the past year.

A personal note from RiRi:

â€œI am incredibly heartbroken that Jasmina has passed away. She was such a brave and special child. She showed more strength and spirit than many adults I have met. I feel blessed that I was able to have her in my life, and know that through her example she has saved many lives. She was truly an angel on earth.â€

@Lilly I always tell people, Rihanna has a special love for children… most of her charity work is garnered in that direction. She is currently trying to raise funds to help the little orphans in Haiti… its heartbreaking that they have to suffer on the streets…. no one to guide them. Poor little angels :brokenheart:
