Also, a big thanks to the entire RD crew. I am so glad I found RD this year. This is the best way to follow Rihanna and keep up with her career. I still wish I was in here that night she won the grammy. I know it was crazy. I can't wait for the things the New Year has in store for Riri and her hardcore stans. 2010 is Rihanna's yr for sure.

So the "Hard" video was at #115 when I first checked Itunes last night, then I checked two hours after that and it had jumped to #59. When I checked just now it's #25!! Zoom, zoom, zoom
It's good promo for the single to see the video in the top ten of the video charts (which is will soon be). And the video does a good job of selling the song. 8-)

It didn't come after an Umbrella hit and still sold more than GGGB in its first wk. Akeys sold well even though neither of her singles did well.

The Abu Dhabi concert is sold out. There is a 15000 person capacity At the venue so it's big. The palace hotel where she is performing and staying at is really giving her the royal treatment. I'm trying to find the article online right now but they have modified a royalty suite just for her and adorning her with all kinds of luxury gifts.

Noelle when you eat candy bars do like to eat them a certain type of way? Sometimes when I eat Twix I eat the caramel first then the cookie part. On a 3muskateer I like to eat the chocolate coating half way down then eat the cream filling. I like to push the middle of a Reeces Pieces out with my tongue and eat that first, and it looks like a donut. Nutty Bars I like to eat one waffer at a time. Swiss Rolls I like to eat the chocolate coating off then eat it as I unroll it. Sometimes I like to suck the salt off of cashew nuts before I eat it. Sometimes after I make tea, I like to suck on the tea bag after it cools off. When you eat a Popsical do you ever pretend its something else? I don't, just curious if you do. Sometimes with Lollypops I like to rub it under my tongue and inside my cheek.

Its because she doesn't have a solid fanbase in the U.S yet. I know people on here say the U.S is not everything but the U.S is where you should have your highest sales and the other countries will follow. She would be on her way to a solid fan base if she would have stuck with a similar sound to GGGB. That way on her 5th album she could have done an album like Rated R and people would still buy it because they would expect it to be great. It was way too soon to change after such a huge success. People in the U.S are still iffy about her so when they heard Russian Roulette they didn't like it. People still wanna hear GGGB part 2 and I don't blame them because that is what made her hot. It messed up her album sales by changing so drastically so soon. How much you wanna bet Gaga won't be changing her sound for a few years? Ri should have waited and I said this before but nobody wants to hear it so it is what it is.

Lets be real no she doesn't. I know we hate her but someone who has a solid fanbase in the U.S is Beyonce. They would buy her album if she sung the whole thing in Spanish. And like I already said Alicia Keys. Most of Ri's fans came from GGGB so when she abandoned that sound a lot of people abandoned her because that is not what they want to hear. 50 cent first cd sold 9 million, all of his albums had hit singles except this one. And he flopped. Mariah has sold over 80 million worldwide, this album had a hit single but she flopped. It doesn't mean they don't have solid fanbases.

Isn't Te Amo about not wanting to have a lesbian relationship with a girl or something like that? That's what I heard. If they make a video it could start out in a dance class that just ended and everyone is leaving. And the dance teacher want to give Rihanna some extra lessons after everyone leaves. And they do ballroom dancing type stuff like from dancing with the stars. Then she try to kiss Rihanna, but Rihanna turns her head away. Then Rihanna go take a shower. Then the dance teach come into the shower behind Rihanna and start rubbing her back and hug her from behind. Then theres a lot of flash back scenes of Rihanna remembering them dancing together. Then Rihanna turns and face her and they lean in like they're about to kiss but at the last second Rihanna turn away and run out of the shower.

Dance teachers can be really young or older. I used to go to a dance studio and the teacher was 17 years old but she didn't own it. She was just 1 of the dance instructors. She was really good too.

I agree. Ppl act like first wk sales automatically mean the album will do well. Not true. I was going to get the album but all my friends that got it said it sucked. So not true this trip was given to me back October for my bday from our Dad and my husband because I missed her so much (i cant figure out why i missed her i forgot how Chris Brownish she is).
Anyway I am going to Abu Dhabi in the morning and do some sight seeing there, then I'm going to stop by the Emirates Palace Hotel where Rihanna is performing and staying and scope it out.

I have an idea for a Te Amo video……….it's not literal to the song nut here goes anyway.
My idea is that Rihanna is in an exotic location like Bora Bora or Cabo hell even Barbados. She's all boo'd up with her guy in clubs, on the beach, out shopping and she keep randomly running into this beautiful chick who keeps a watchful eye on her. she notices her stares but thinks nothing of it. Toward the bridge of the song shes going to boos job after hours in a office building and looking for him but cant find him. She goes office to office looking for him and the last door she open its beautiful chicks office, they talk for a second beautiful chick makes her laugh and then Rih notices the look in chicks eye and chick slips her hand around rihs waist and goes in for the kiss, before rih has a chance to back away boo opens the door like wtf.

@Raychel,CCL I think thats too literal to the song to go with a straight club scene. Rihanna doesnt normally go 100% word for word from song to video………but thats my idea I like it and if she did do a video for it we are all probably way off base on what she would actually do.

on rihanna daily we are family, we are just like extended family to riri and her machine thats on her team including rihanna daily and all of the staff that keeps us informed. i did some very interesting reading today.

i went to "" global charts"" and to the left of the page you see things like 10 years ago and things like end of the year and i clicked on all time chart and found that riri was all over the place like there was one chart that had riri on the list four times for four different singles don't stop the music hate that i love you, umbrella and shut up and drive and there was numbers after each song and something else that was very interesting was a list that showed albums with most weeks in the top 40 and it said that gggb was on the list for 91 weeks in 2007 and what ever the chart was saying that that was very good and thats why it was recorded.

another very interesting read on that global charts list was it had down all of the albums that had went over 6units i take it meant 6million and it had riri in 2007 and her song umbrella ft jayz with 8,614,000 units and don't stop the music with 7,568,000 and it had disturbia for 2008 with 7,243,000 and the list had album countdown for 2008 on distrubia . and it had these counts are from jan 12, 2008 to jan 10 of 2009 now i know that the numbers are old but i just wanted to share that in other words riri has steady been slowly doing her thing through all if the adversary and everything else she has been moving music and this just let me know why all of my friends and family love riri for who she is and what she stands for .. sometimes i see riri as the cream of the crop for all that she has endured and shes still working her butt off and keeping it real for all of us!!!!! :rose: :rose: :rose: :rose: :rose:

:rose: album count down cumlative sales of an album fot 2009 riri was #7 with gggb with 3.7 million ,, madonna with 3.2,,, lil wayne with3.2m ,,, a keys with 2.4,,, beyonce with2.3 b spears with 2.1 just some numbers for 2009 and riri us looking really good with her gggb sales :rose:
