RiRi was all smiles while leaving a recording studio on Monday night in New York City. In the pictures you can see her best friend/assistant Melissa and her hairstylist Ursula. We also heard she did a photo shoot today!

In other news, Eric (drummer), Ashleigh (backing vocal) and Kevin (keyboard) are confirmed to work with Rihanna in this new era. The rehearsals will start on Saturday! Thanks, TeAmoRiRi!
