I think we talk about the same twitter account and in my opinion it's fake because she's following Jay-Z and Jay-Z in one of his recent interviews (in July) said that he doesn't have twitter (even though one of his alleged twitters is verified) and also her friends looks kind of fake. Maybe you are talking about other twitter but I think this is the one.

@ Niah. Thanks for the links, but I'm still not 100% sure, I will wait until first tweet and until people who are working with her right now will add her. Twitter is sometimes wrong e.g. the example I gave in this post , Jay-Z has verified account although he doesn't have one.

The one I’m talking about (the verified one) is written as Jay-Z would write it, it isn’t the twitter where his team gives the info about him (but there is this kind of twitter, but it’s not this one). But maybe Jay-Z just forgot that he (or somebody in his team) has twitter when he was giving interview about not having a twitter ;).
I just have a rule that I do not believe something until I see official confirmation, especially if it’s connected with Internet.
I hope that if Rihanna indeed has twitter, this will be the similar to Britney Spears’s twitter (her team is using this twitter to give info about her).
