yeah I am so happy it was mvoed up because that way our girl Rihanna can REALLY move on and completely focus on her new work and projects.

BUT I am sure that CB will do a big interview this week, so it's like we ar egoing to be hearing a lot of the old mess all over again.

Chris Brown was just sentenced to 5 years probation and 6 months hard labor, and she threatened Brown by talking about the "chatter" she hears.

Judge Patricia Schnegg said during the sentencing, "I am not immune to the chatter on the airwaves." It's unclear if she was saying that she's heard reports that Brown and Rihanna are still talking … or if she was just saying he needs to be careful because she watches TV and reads TMZ. To us, it sounded like the former.

Down to business, the judge sentenced Brown to perform hard labor at the Commonwealth Catholic Charities in Richmond, VA, where he must also take a 52-week domestic violence course.

The judge ruled Brown — who pleaded guilty to felony assault — must stay 100 yards away from Rihanna, unless they are both at an entertainment-related event, in which case he must stay 10 yards away. The protective order lasts 5 years.

He must provide DNA samples as requested by authorities.

Brown must also keep in touch with the Probation Department and is subject to search and seizure 24/7 for the next 5 years. He can't own any dangerous weapon, including guns or knives.

Brown must pay $2,500 in restitution and another $2,500 in probation expenses. He must also pay a $30 criminal conviction fee –BARGAIN! He must also pay $400 that goes into a domestic violence fund.

Brown must get prior approval before leaving the country.

UDPATE: Rihanna's attorney, Donald Etra, just said Rihanna did not object to the sentencing agreement. He said the stay away order was the decision of the court. He said he will not discuss their personal relationship.

He said the court explained to Rihanna how to modify the protective order. He said if Rihanna wants to change the protective order she knows how — but he wouldn't say if she would pursue such a modification.

UPDATE: Public Information Officer Sandi Gibbons just said Chris' sentence was not a slap on the wrist. She said the judge is prepared to send him to prison if he messes up. She said Chris did not get special treatment.

So I watched the whole thing live on TMZ.

Basically, it seems that Rihanna has the option to modify the stay away order BUT she has to show up in court in order to do so.

that tells me she didnt want to have to deal with the aggravation of appearing in court FOR NOW.

Maybe down the line she will do it so she can get rid of that mess. It's too much of a pain in the ass and I am sure she would agree.

Other than that CB looked damn phucking fine in that suit!! LOL.

to be fair I dont think CB ALWAYS looks a mess outide of court.

He takes fashion risks (like RiRi) and sometimes they dont work out.

But he does have swagger and style.

I am glad this shit is over . I am sorry for CB but he will manage. I think she may try to have his stay away order lifted once he finishes his DV but I doubt she will do anything until then. That is a nother year. Oh well it may curtail how them move for a year but it may be for the best.

Miss Fenty seem to be keeping busy, But she looks so much more at peace.
